Since 2012, Peter Wang has led more than 300 residential and commercial interior renovation projects. His frontline experience granted him in-depth mastery of core material indicators, including airtight insulation parameters for doors and windows, stain-resistant antibacterial formulas for interior countertops, recycled ingredient ratios for low-carbon tiles, and structural load standards for photovoltaic curtain walls. During long-term communications with overseas buyers, he identified a structural supply-demand mismatch across Europe, North America and Australia. Stricter carbon tariffs and indoor hazardous substance regulations have been enacted widely in post-pandemic Western markets, yet local manufacturers suffer from insufficient production capacity and slow technical iteration. Overseas buyers are trapped by three major bottlenecks: lengthy 6-12 month compliance certification cycles, exorbitant cross-category procurement coordination costs, and the irreconcilable conflict between eco-performance and budget control.
Founded in 2025, Lonchi was established to bridge this global green building supply gap. Drawing on Peter’s decades of expertise in material selection, on-site construction and cross-border supply chain risk control, we have built a tiered supplier ecosystem covering strategic raw material manufacturers, precision processing partners and dedicated cross-border logistics providers. All supply chain partners have signed binding ESG procurement contracts to regulate industrial wastewater, solid waste and energy consumption throughout production. Our diversified product portfolio covers full-scenario construction demands: exterior building energy conservation (photovoltaic power-generating curtain walls, thermal-insulated low-carbon doors and windows), indoor healthy living (long-acting silver-ion antibacterial countertops, zero-VOC recycled ceramic tiles), and emergency prefab construction (all-weather rapid-deployment mobile cabins) for commercial renovations, new building developments, field camps and post-disaster temporary settlements.
For cross-border market access, all Lonchi products hold full third-party verified credentials: EU CE & RoHS, Australian WELS & WaterMark, US GREENGUARD and LEED v4 certification. We conduct quarterly independent quality inspections via SGS, with all test data synchronized to official building material traceability databases in target regions. For cost competitiveness, we secure long-term raw material pricing via annual bulk order commitments, eliminate multi-level intermediate markups, and adopt lightweight structural optimization to cut ocean freight expenses. The result is balanced advantages: full regulatory compliance, top-tier environmental performance and cost-effective pricing.
Beyond product exports, Lonchi advocates inclusive sustainable living. We firmly believe green construction should not be a luxury exclusive to high-end projects. Our mission is to help global stakeholders upgrade living and working spaces with balanced safety, low carbon emissions, health and aesthetics without excessive budget burdens.
